AML-6 Multiparameter Oceanographic Survey Instrument
AML-6 series devices are a configurable family of multi-parameter measurement equipment designed for a variety of data acquisition applications. The number 6 in the name of the AML-6 device is the number of X2 series sensors that can be attached to the end of the device at the same time. Additional sensors can be connected externally, allowing up to 8 sensors in total. The disassembly and assembly of the sensors are simple. There are a sound velocity and depth sensor on the standard system. The system is supplied with Sailfish software and the data measured with this software can be easily transferred to the computer with the connection cable.
AML-6 RT device provides data acquisition during the survey simultaneously with its configuration. Power supply and communication of the equipment are provided through a waterproof connector.
The AML-6 LGR device is self-powered by a rechargeable internal battery and has a mechanical on / off switch. Commonly used in multi-parameter profiling applications. It records the data measurements in its internal log and allows data transfer later.
