AML-6 instrument is a highly configurable multiparameter sonde designed for a wide range of data collection applications. This system is used together with Sailfish software and the measured data can be easily transferred to the computer via Bluetooth. The number 6 in the name of the AML-6 device is the number of X2 series sensors that can be attached to the end of the device at the same time. Additional sensors can be connected externally, allowing up to 8 sensors in total.
#
AML-3 is a robust, easily portable oceanographic research instrument designed for waters up to 500 meters and 6000 meters in depth. Additional sensors can be connected externally, allowing for a total of 5 sensors. The number of sensors that can be attached to the end of the device at the same time is 3.
#
The AML-1 is an ultra-compact, easy-to-integrate, real-time oceanographic survey instrument designed for waters up to 6000 meters deep, robust, easily transported.
#
This slender, real-time probe offers quality CTD measurement in a simple yet flexible package. Ideal for AUVs or ROVs for deep or shallow deployments. Like all other X Series instruments, Smart X uses Xchange™ field-swappable sensors and converts from a CTD to an SVP with the switch of a single sensor head. Install UV•Xchange to prevent biofouling during in-situ deployments.
#
Micro X is a real-time, single sensor probe. Best known as an SV probe when used with SV Xchange and hull or pole mounted at a multibeam’s transducer head for beam steering. Micro X is also a practical choice for installation of suitable AML X Change ™ sensors with a single slot on it for desired parameters. Designed for integration applications, this probe in miniature fits on ROVs and AUVs of nearly any size.
#
Metrec X is robust, easy to carry and designed for waters up to 500m and 6000 meters deep. Whether more than CTD and SV is needed now or the option to add more sensors later is desired. Take advantage of Xchange™ sensors’ field swap ability with Metrec•X: Configure the focus of your research on an application by application basis. One instrument meets multiple deployment requirements.
#
Plus X is robust, easy to carry and designed for waters up to 500m, 5000m and 6000 meters deep. Whether more than CTD and SV is needed now or the option to add more sensors later is desired. 5 sensor slots allow to install other X Change ™ sensors beside the sound velocity sensor. It can be used as CTD by utilizing conductivity, temperature and depth sensors, also can be used as both SVP and CTD by adding sound velocity sensor. Depending on the sector and requirements you can configure your sensor configurations.
#
The Minos X is a small vertical profiler that allows you to swap the instrument’s sensors in-the-field and on-demand and your SVPT can become a CTD if needed. Like all other X Series instruments, the Minos X uses XchangeTM field-swappable sensors, now available for conductivity, sound velocity, temperature, pressure, dissolved oxygen and turbidity. This means that sensor heads can be shared with other instruments.
#
The latest generation of Base X2 presents the best profiler technology of today in a compact form. Designed for profiling in coastal waters, the instrument includes a shackle, a sensor cage, and an LED status indicator to simplify deployment preparation. Available in 100 m and 500 m versions, Base X2 retains the size of its predecessor while gaining embedded Wi-Fi connectivity and GPS and enables automatically downloading and processing into desired manufacturer formats, saving valuable time for the operator.
