Management Certificates
Kordil is an ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company.
Using management-system documentation
This page provides access to management-system documents for supplier assessment and project enquiries. Quality, environmental management and occupational health and safety address different aspects of an organisation. They should be reviewed separately when a contract asks for evidence in more than one area.
What to check on a certificate
Read the registered company name, certification scope, standard edition, issuing body, certificate number and validity dates on the document itself. Confirm that its scope is relevant to the service being procured. A management-system certificate is not a product approval and does not, by itself, establish that a particular instrument meets a project accuracy requirement.
Older documents can remain useful as historical records, but should not be assumed to demonstrate current certification. Where a tender requires a current certificate, ask Kordil for the applicable document and provide the submission deadline and required language. The certificate and any supporting confirmation should be checked together before inclusion in a procurement submission.
Project-specific requirements
For survey work, submit the technical specification alongside the documentary requirements. This allows the discussion to distinguish management-system evidence from the separate requirements for survey methodology, equipment calibration, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
