Wind measurements on moving platforms

The 300WX-IP67 combines apparent wind measurements with GNSS-derived motion and compass heading to calculate dynamic true wind speed and direction. This distinction helps operators interpret environmental wind separately from the airflow associated with the platform's travel. Pitch, roll and rate-of-turn data provide additional information about platform motion.
