The organisations shown on this page relate to surveying, geophysics, maritime activities, commerce and industry. These are distinct areas of professional and commercial registration. When preparing a supplier assessment or tender, identify which type of registration your procurement procedure requires, rather than treating every membership as interchangeable.
For engineering services, the requested documentation may concern the company, the responsible professional or a particular activity. For a commercial purchase, the relevant request may instead be a company registration or chamber record. State the contracting entity, project country and required document type when contacting Kordil so that the enquiry can be directed appropriately.
Documents for supplier assessment
If your organisation needs supporting evidence, send the tender reference, submission deadline, required language and any prescribed form to our contact team. Check the issuing organisation, registered name, document date and stated scope against your own requirements. A membership logo alone does not establish a project-specific approval, technical certification or permission to undertake every activity. Keep membership records separate from management-system certificates and project references when assembling your supplier file.
Preparing a registration enquiry
For a surveying or geophysical assignment, describe the discipline involved and whether the requirement concerns an individual professional or the organisation providing the service. For maritime work, include the type of vessel operation or marine activity. This helps distinguish the relevant registration information from the technical proposal for the work itself.
A useful enquiry includes the legal name to appear on the supplier record, the project location, the requested chamber or professional body, and the format in which evidence must be submitted. If your procurement system has separate fields for commercial registration, professional membership and certification, identify each field in your request.
